Biography
Enis Hysolli has been an advocate at Rakipi & Partners Law Office since 2021. He advises and represents clients in civil, criminal and administrative matters, from preliminary investigations through to courts at every instance, and drafts and negotiates contracts and agreements.
Before joining the firm he spent four years (2017–2020) as a court clerk at the Tirana District Court, where he kept the hearing records and administered the judge's caseload. That experience gives him first-hand knowledge of procedure and of court deadlines. Earlier (2015–2017) he worked as a legal assistant at a notarial office, drafting contracts, powers of attorney and notarial declarations.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (2013) and a Master of Science in Civil Law (2015) from the University of Tirana, and completed the National School of Advocacy (2016). He works in Albanian, English and Italian.
