Implementing the UN Firearms Protocol in Albania: compliance analysis and national report
The firm took part in drafting the report that examined criminal policy against the illicit trade and trafficking of weapons and ammunition, analysed firearms and explosives offences, and identified where Albanian legislation needs to align with the UN Firearms Protocol and other international instruments.
Research on the illicit tobacco trade in Albania and neighbouring countries
The project analysed the links between tax policy, criminal legislation against illicit trade and state policy on monitoring the processing and trade of raw tobacco, as well as the illicit tobacco trade and corruption.
