Frequently asked questions

By individual complaint, once you have exhausted the ordinary remedies, where you claim that a court judgment or an act of a public body has infringed a constitutional right such as due process or the right to property. The deadline is four months.

The title itself (a decision, deed or contract), the ownership certificate from the State Cadastre Agency, the property maps, the certificate of inheritance where the property was inherited, and proof that property taxes have been paid.
